For general queries, or if you have problems setting up the app, send us an email. If you're reporting a problem, please include your Brightpearl account code and the email address you're using to log in - but never send us your password.
Once you've logged in to Litepearl, you can report errors from within the app. Details of the recent errors are sent with your report, which helps us troubleshoot your problem.
Click the app icon, then select About, then either Report error or Send feedback.
