Getting started

To get started with Litepearl, please follow these steps. Don't hesitate to contact us via email if you have any problems.

Add Litepearl to your Brightpearl account

Log in to your Brightpearl account, click the App Store link near the search box, locate Litepearl and click the green button marked Turn on Litepearl.

Authorise yourself and your staff

You control which of your staff members are allowed to use Litepearl. On your App Store page, click Installed Apps then under Litepearl, choose Configure > Manage Users. On this screen you can add the staff members you want to authorise - remember to include yourself. Don't worry about the tokens, you won't need them to use Litepearl.

Install the app

Install Litepearl from Google Play by clicking the link on the right. You can do this from your computer - Google will send the app to the device you choose - or you can do it straight from your device.

Alternatively, download the app from our server here. You will need to allow the installation of apps from unknown sources, but you can disable this afterwards. On most Android devices this setting can be found under Settings > Security.

Supported devices: all phones and tablets running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and above. Camera and ZXing Barcode Scanner app required for barcode scanning. Note that some network operators disable the unknown sources option; it will not be possible to install Litepearl on phones without it.

Log in

When you open the app, you'll see a log in screen. Enter the details of your Brightpearl account. If you're unsure which datacenter your account is on, use the table below to look up your time zone or admin domain. Your admin domain can be found in Brightpearl by clicking Setup > Company > Other options.
